Project Overview:

When Brad and Katie contacted Ashton Renovations they were excited about making improvements to their home for their expanding family. It was in a convenient location in Toronto located near Brad’s work, and very spacious with parking. It made lots of sense to stay so they decided to make improvements to their upstairs bathroom, which was part of their whole house renovation that included new flooring, stairs, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The original space in the upstairs bathroom was bright with both a tub and shower. The shower however was very small in the back corner of the room and not practical. The new design opened up the space and created a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a double wall hung vanity. Their bathroom was on the top floor of the house with exterior walls, so at times was very cold. A heated flooring was placed in the bathroom with a signature wi-fi thermostat to improve the comfort. The tiled shower includes a thermostatic system and a chrome niche for storage.
