Project Overview:

The original layout of this 1st floor Toronto Danforth home was partitioned with a very small kitchen. The plan called for creating a completely open concept with steel beams that allowed for a flush ceiling. There were challenges working with the old structure, but modifications were made to support beams with minor sacrifices. We love how the 3D Renderings helped with creating an almost identical end result that the client wanted. Some of the other features of this renovation included a 3nd floor washroom and newly installed doors and windows.
